Have you wondered how climate change is projected to affect North Dakota? Dr. Adnan Akyüz will be at the Main Library to discuss facts, myths and misconceptions about North Dakota’s climate and its place within climate change.
Dr. Akyüz is the North Dakota state climatologist and an NDSU assistant professor of soil science. He is also director of the North Dakota Agricultural Weather Network, in which he oversees the operation of the agricultural network of 72 automated weather stations.
Dr. Akyüz will speak in the Main Library's Weber Reading Room on Friday, January 17 at 4 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
